How to Calculate Vitok Agency Commission
The published policy describes commission as a percentage of what your hosts earn, so the calculation has one step:
Work in beans, since that's how host earnings are recorded. Only approved hosts with real earnings contribute; a registration on its own adds nothing.

Is Vitok Agency Commission Guaranteed?

An agency's commission is calculated from the earnings of its hosts. When an approved host in your agency earns beans from calls, gifts or bonuses, that activity counts toward your agency's performance and commission base.
Host earnings and agency commission are separate. The published policy describes commission as 15% of host earnings. It doesn't say the commission is deducted from the host's own earnings, and this page doesn't assume it is.
